Henan Peace Filter Co., Ltd., established in 1998, is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly invested by Japan Wakoh Filter Technology Co., Ltd. and Japan Okaya Steel Machinery Co., Ltd. Located at No. 484, Kelong Avenue, High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, the company has a registered capital of US$9.65 million. It specializes in the manufacturing of auto parts and accessories, mainly various filter products for the mainframe matching in the fields of automobiles, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, and ships. Covering an area of 30,000 square meters, the company has an annual production capacity of 38 million filters of various types, ranking among the top in the industry nationwide in terms of scale and comprehensive strength.
With 27 years of experience in the R&D and innovation of filters for automobiles and engineering machinery, the company has become an industry leader. Product series include oil filters, air filters, air conditioning filters, fuel filters, and hydraulic filters. It is a strategic partner of national engine and vehicle manufacturers (Geely, Great Wall, etc.), engineering machinery industry (Sany, XCMG, etc.), and agricultural machinery (Kubota, Yanmar, etc.).

The company currently has three provincial and ministerial-level R&D institutions: the Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, recognized by the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission in August 2016; the Henan Provincial Fluid Filtration Engineering Technology Research Center, recognized by the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department in December 2018; and the Henan Provincial Automotive Fluid Filtration Industrial Design Center, recognized by the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in July 2024. The company's R&D center is equipped with more than 300 sets of internationally advanced testing equipment for oil, diesel, gasoline, air, and transmission filters, as well as material testing equipment. The technical level has reached the international level, and can conduct low-temperature start-up test bench - high and low temperature alternating test, multi-channel test, oil-water separation efficiency test, salt spray test, hydraulic and high-pressure product performance testing on raw materials such as filter paper, steel, and rubber parts. The laboratory has passed the certification of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), BYD passenger car supplier laboratory qualification, Zhejiang Geely powertrain system supplier laboratory qualification, and has been recognized as a key laboratory in Xinxiang City; through active cooperation with well-known domestic universities such as Shanghai University's School of Mechatronics Engineering and Automation, the Aviation Industry Filtration Product Testing Center, and Japan Wakoh Technology Center and other research institutes.
