Ion exchanger

The proton exchange membrane (PEM) is often referred to as the “kidney” of hydrogen fuel cells. It efficiently adsorbs anions and cations from the coolant, preventing system short circuits and maintaining the fuel cell’s power-generation efficiency. Moreover, it boasts advantages such as low flow resistance, large exchange capacity, and high exchange rate, making it suitable for a wide range of fuel cell models and providing reliable protection for the fuel cell stack.

Intake system

The cathode air intake system for the Peace hydrogen fuel cell vehicle acts as an “air purifier” for the fuel cell stack. It efficiently captures particulate impurities and strongly adsorbs harmful gases such as SO₂ and NOx, thereby reducing power degradation in the fuel cell stack and ensuring it maintains high-efficiency power generation over the long term.

Copper busbar

The automotive copper busbar is a critical component of a vehicle’s electrical system, used to efficiently and reliably transmit high currents.

Brake fluid reservoir

The brake fluid reservoir is a pressure vessel used to store brake fluid. It provides the hydraulic medium for the braking system and allows easy monitoring of the fluid level, making it crucial for driving safety.

Coolant filter

The coolant filter is used to remove impurities and sediment from the cooling system, protecting the engine and aluminum components, preventing corrosion and scaling, and extending the system's service life.

Cooling water nozzle

The coolant nozzle is a piping connector in the engine cooling system, designed to ensure reliable circulation of coolant between components such as the cylinder block and the radiator.

Expansion tank

The expansion tank is a critical component of the engine cooling system. It stores and compensates for the expansion and contraction of the coolant caused by temperature changes, thereby maintaining stable system pressure.

Fuel filter

The fuel filter is a critical component in the engine's fuel system. Its primary function is to remove impurities and water from the fuel by filtering them out, ensuring that the fuel entering the engine remains clean. This helps protect the fuel system and maintains the engine's efficient operation.

Carbon canister filter

Filter out dust and impurities to protect the carbon canister and ensure the fuel vapor recovery system.

Air conditioner filter

Filter the car's air conditioning system to ensure indoor air quality.

Oil tube

The motor oil nozzle is responsible for actively injecting cooling lubricant into the motor’s interior, precisely lubricating and cooling core components such as the rotor and stator, preventing overheating and ensuring efficient operation.

Pressure filter

Gearbox pressure filter, used for fine filtration of hydraulic oil to protect precision components such as valve bodies, actuators, and bearings, ensuring stable system operation.

Oil suction filter

Used to remove large particulate contaminants in cooling lubrication systems.

High-position intake pipe

Components that enhance wading performance or optimize intake efficiency.

Intercooler pipe

Connect the turbocharging system to deliver high-pressure air.

Pressure relief pipe assembly

Protects the turbine and engine’s pipe components by releasing excess pressure.
